As a photographer, I have always been captivated by the interplay of light and shadow. This fascination deepened when I began to notice the beautiful, fleeting patterns sunlight created around my home. Compelled by these ephemeral displays, I started photographing the reflections and refractions as they danced across surfaces. In some images, I placed glass objects in the sunlight’s path, crafting almost three-dimensional reflections that shift and shimmer with each passing moment. Every photograph is unique—captured at different times and days—highlighting the transient nature of light itself. Just as quickly as these patterns appear, the light moves on, transforming the scene entirely. This body of work captures that magical, fleeting essence of light. It marked a turning point in my photography practice, deepening my appreciation for the quality and character of light and inspiring future explorations centered on its transformative power.
